Nice place. Family oriented, beautiful grounds. You can even get pizza delivered to your RV! Steep incline on the road coming in. Mostly gravel sites, some cement pads.
$12.75 (not the $10 listed in the Escapees book) + tax, just over $14. The sites are close together, but we (just) had room to put our slides out. Good cable TV. We pulled in around 3:00 pm and by 4:30, the sites were full (at the end of Sept.). Not much to look at, close to the road so a bit noisy, but OK for an overnight. Train noise.
The roads in the park are tight for large rigs. We stayed there after a rain, and much of the park was muddy, ruts in the road. The price varies widely (as with most KOAs) depending on what hook-ups you want, including (in my opinion, overpriced) cable. Not much for options for campgrounds in this area - there is a city run park in South Sioux City, Nebraska, that is more reasonably priced. This is an older park. The restrooms and showers are dated, but very clean.
We stayed here on Passport America. Very nice folks; they escorted us to our site. Just far enough off the road so there's little road noise. Pretty. All gravel sites. They allowed us to use a bucket and brush to wipe down the RV.
Sometimes all you want is an easy place to park for the night... and a hook-up. This is one of those places. Not fancy, not pretty, not quiet; but they have full hook-ups and easy in/out. There isn't a lot to choose from in this part of the state, and, understanding what it is, this place will do for a night.
